    The Winter Solstice is a time of journeying into the darkness to realize and welcome the return of light. Join Scott for an evening of Yoga, as you come in from the cold, to warm the body and illuminate the mind and heart. This class is open to all levels of experience. We will have an active practice in the first hour and a slower inward practice in the second half -- all by candlelight that will grow brighter as the sun goes down and illuminates the darkness. Once learned, your head and neck will move more freely and comfortably. You will be able to make friends with your pillow, with your computer, with your car, with the heavy things that you have to carry, and with whatever else has caused you in the past to lament about your "pain in the neck".
