    In this weekend workshop, we'll learn some simple strategies to provide the brain with the information and experiences it craves to form new, pain-free patterns of movement. Once learned, your head and neck will move more freely and comfortably. You will be able to make friends with your pillow, with your computer, with your car, with the heavy things that you have to carry, and with whatever else has caused you in the past to lament about your "pain in the neck".
