Revitalize and renew your body, mind and spirit at noon with this energizing yoga class. We’ll begin the practice with meditation to check in with ourselves and set an intention for the practice. We’ll then begin vinyasa or flow where we heat up the body and connect movement with breath. This new class will have more heat and variety in the vinyasa, along with more held standing poses, floor work, abdominals, backbends, and inversions. We will end with savasana and a brief meditation to check in with what we have created, and notice the many benefits from this practice.
This class is for all levels and we will slowly and consciously progress into poses and offer modifications so that you can safely explore moving your body in a new way.
