Mindful Yoga combines hatha yoga and mindfulness practices. This class blends gentle and deep yoga stretches with breathwork and meditation to create a sense of peacefulness and ease within your body and mind. Open to all levels of students who wish to experience moving meditation and a mindful practice.

Mindful Yoga will take a “Winter Break” until Spring 2011 after November 14th. Stay tuned for updates on the next session!
