At Balanced Movement, we’ve been working hard to transition as many of our services as possible to an online / remote format. It’s so important to keep up with your healthy routines and goals while maintaining social distancing practices, and we want to help support you.

We are using ZOOM for our video-chatting software. You just need a free Zoom account
to take part and a computer with a webcam or a smart phone!

to schedule your remote session. Please include a list of exercise equipment you have available at home.

We are still working on launching our live online classes, but we have a couple options available now:
