       ONE ON ONE
Private sessions that focus specifically on your needs with a trainer who understands your abilities, your limitations, and your potential.

       SEMI-PRIVATE
Bring a friend to help get you motivated, and get the guidance of a professional to jump-start your workout routine or start training for an event.

       TEAM TRAINING/TEAM BUILDING
We have extensive experience building teams for recreational sporting events. If you need help inspiring and guiding your group, “team” personal training is the answer.  

       SMALL GROUP
If you have a fitness need, you're probably not alone. Work out in a group of 3-5 people with matching goals in a class targeted at improving your fitness.  Contact Elizabeth (919.942.0240) for registration.

We have created specific group themes or specific times to accommodate your workout.  Here are some samples of what is available (with more to come!):


High Noon 3-on-1 Personal Training Group:
Thursday at 12 noon

Get a great personalized workout with a personal trainer and keep the cost down by sharing the hour with two others.  Commit to meeting your own personal fitness goals one month at a time.  Take the workout we do on Thursday and repeat it two other days to get the perfect strength training week.

$90/January (3 sessions): 10th, 17th, 24th
$120/February (4 sessions): 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
(Need 3 people to keep fee at $30/person, otherwise, $40/2 people)
Pay in advance to reserve space!



Stadium Stairs Training Group Series, 'Meet the Stadium':
Wednesday, 12:30-1:15 (rain or shine)

Get an invigorating outdoor interval workout in 45 minutes! Balanced Movement Studio Personal trainer, Amy Vitt, will introduce you to a variety of stadium step workouts that will  keep those winter month workouts interesting.  Take a mid-day break, get out of the office or the gym and feel the air in your lungs!

First session meets at Balanced Movement Studio-- we'll drive over together to see parking and meeting locations, yes we will workout there though Future meeting site - at Kenan in designated parking area, bring $1.25 for parking for one hour
$60 for three January sessions (10, 17, 24) -- pay in advance to reserve space and confirm interest.
3 participant minimum -- no maximum!
Drop ins welcome to try class, but pay $25 session fee if we have less than 3 sign up.



Repair Your Computer Posture: 
Day of week: To Be Determined --Time: after 5pm

Do you work at a desk and /or computer for more than 6 hours/day? 
Do you experience upper or lower back pain, shoulder tension...or other computer use related issues? 
This group will focus on learning to overcome these issues with core strength, spine lengthening, awareness of neutral posture, chest opening & stretching, back and shoulder strength, cardiovascular fitness, and more!

$30/person
Day and specific time will be determined once a group of 3-4 is established.
