Lunch Break Yoga

Come revitalize your body and mind with this energizing, flowing yoga class. This new class will have more heat and variety, along with more held standing poses, floor work, abdominals, backbends, and inversions. All levels welcome!

Laughing Meditation (4th Friday)

Led by certified yoga instructor Scott Campbell, this class consists of laughing meditation, gentle yoga and guided deep relaxation. You will feel energized as well as relaxed — relieve stress and start your weekend with joy! Come with an open heart and a willing mind. Suggested donation: $3 — but don’t let money stop you!

Feldenkrais®: Awakening Your Upper Ribs (January 7-February 25)

Our brain and nervous system provide us incredible power to retrain ourselves for improvement in virtually any human endeavor. How we view fitness in ourselves and in general involves both our thinking and our physical skills. Using intelligently devised and highly specific movement sequence “puzzles”, these classes will concentrate on the relationship between movement and thought and the highly desirable benefits between increased mental awareness and enhanced physical skills.
