We’ve all been adjusting to the “new normal” amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, and we hope you’re hanging in there. We’re SO proud of how our community has banded together in this time. We’re all in this together, after all!
At Balanced Movement, we’ve been working hard this past week to transition as many of our services as possible to an online / remote format. It’s so important to keep up with your healthy routines and goals while maintaining social distancing practices, and we want to help support you.

Current Online Offerings
We are using Google Meet for our video-chatting software. You don’t even need a Google account to take part — just a computer with a webcam or a smart phone! Click here to read a tutorial we created on how to use this format.
For personal training sessions, email Elizabeth at email@example.com to schedule your remote session. Please include a list of exercise equipment you have available at home.
We are still working on launching our live online classes, but we have a couple options available now:
