Basic Run Balance

Recovery Format: we will take each movement apart in detail.
Running is balancing on one leg while in motion. This workout sets up basic balance skills that are the building blocks for running.

Connected and coordinated central body
Holding your body balanced over your feet

Equipment Needed

Exercise Ball

Dumbbells – medium wt

Tubing (high anchor, medium wt; low anchor, light wt)

Cone (optional)
