Tightening up after a run is normal. This dynamic cool down routine will help you leave that muscle tension at the end of your run instead of carrying it with you into the rest of your day. Use this as a base routine.  It is designed to be quick, easy & comprehensive.  Extend, repeat & add variations to each move as much as you would like based upon time available and what feels good to you as you go through the routine.

Awesome PT and guidance. Five years ago my left knee was giving out. Constant pain on my long runs. After a visit for observation and diagnosis then a month of hip stability drills and it was gone. Off to Kona this fall for the Ironman World Championship with no pain thanks to him.
