On any ride, our nervous system adapts our body to the demands of the bike. These adjustments to posture, muscle tendon fascia length and held tension allow us to perform better on the bike. However, once we get off the bike, those temporary adjustments are not as useful for the rest of our lives and can have adverse effects. Here are a simple set of movements for post ride magic.
